This franchise serves the San Marcos and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

The Restoration Project Manager leads residential and commercial reconstruction projects. This role is focused on reconstruction — not emergency services — and is ideal for a professional with strong construction management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will manage approximately 20 jobs at a time, including projects in various phases: estimation, active production, and closeout. You'll coordinate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure top-tier service and results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage 20+ active reconstruction projects from estimate through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and procurement to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, project coordinators, senior PMs) to meet timelines
  • Conduct client meetings, define project scope, and maintain ongoing customer communication
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, work orders, and subcontractor/vendor assignments
  • Review and approve documentation, including timecards, invoices, and completion reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely project tracking in systems like Dash, Xactimate, and Perma-Processing
  • Perform final walkthroughs, collect progress payments, and address warranty or service follow-ups
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide responsive, high-level customer service

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of construction management experience, specifically in reconstruction (not new construction)
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple concurrent jobs
  • Proficiency with project management software; experience with DASH, Xactimate, and Perma-Processing a plus
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to work under pressure with urgency
  • Professional, dedicated, and able to deliver high-quality work consistently

What Success Looks Like:

You are a proactive problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and a steady leader on the job. You deliver high-quality work efficiently, support your team, and leave every customer impressed with your professionalism and dedication. If you're looking for a meaningful role in construction where you can grow and make a difference,
this is it.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70,000–$80,000 base + performance-based bonus structure
  • Subsidized health and dental
  • Optional vision
  • 6 paid holidays
  • PTO after 6 months
  • 40 hours sick pay immediately
  • 401(k) after 1 year
  • Vehicle allowance
