Your Role & Impact

As a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN), you’ll lead the development and delivery of clinical education programs that enhance staff competencies and support high-quality patient care. You’ll coordinate training across multiple sites, evaluate clinical skills, and collaborate with leadership to implement professional development strategies that align with our team-based care model.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current California State Board RN license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

  • Two (2) to three (3) years’ clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting or ambulatory care as a nurse educator role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in teaching or educational role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and inspire medical staff

  • Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to travel between True Care sites; valid CA driver’s license and insurance required

    Bonus:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and/or Doctor in Nursing Practice (DNP)

  • Community clinic experience.

  • Experience in curriculum development

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, and ICD-10 and CPT codes.

The pay range for this role is $48.78 - $73.17 on an hourly basis.
