• Assist with specialized pruning and tree take downs using equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools.
• Demonstrate proper tree wounding/pruning techniques and handle trimming up to 20 feet high.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in safety meetings and implement best practices.
• Identify trees and diseases and lead small work crews safely and efficiently.
• Support Tree Worker 2 in tree-related activities.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, work‑site partners, and Bemus staff in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 20‑50 lbs.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
