Lead Marketing Field Agent – Up to $2000 Sign-On Bonus potential*

Salary Range: $68,813 – $117,966

Sign‑On Bonus:

  • $1,000 paid after 45 days, $1,000 paid after six months (requires 1 year marketing timeshare experience).
  • $500 paid after 45 days, $500 paid after six months (no timeshare experience).

As a Lead Marketing Field Agent, you will assist in providing our owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories. You will act as a team lead, schedule sales presentations, and ensure that all owners and guests meet eligibility requirements. You will use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs.
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommend any additional training needed.
  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
  • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensure that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
  • Preference for concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience.
  • Physical requirements:

    reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
