Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician at our San Marcos, CA community to perform operational upkeep, repairs, and make-ready tasks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
This role requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, customer service skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair appliances. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required;
Yardi or Happy Co experience is preferred. Weekend availability is expected.
