• Ensures all eligible students participate in Work Based Learning.
• Ensures Center meets or exceed all of DOL/Company performance goals.
• Evaluates students' performance
• Produces assignments in a timely manner
• Organizes assignments to meet established deadlines
• Understands and meets all required job responsibilities
• Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH
• Shows respect and courtesy towards students and holds them accountable for their actions and behavior

Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing

Education
:

Bachelor s Degree OR two years related experience in coordinating training

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid driver s license
