• Oversee daily service center operations
• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware and software issues

• 3+ years troubleshooting computers (hardware and software), including Windows/macOS systems and tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Leadership potential to support team growth
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as needed

• Experience coaching and mentoring technical staff
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (Cherwell, TDX), asset tracking, and desktop management
• Database administration or ITSM system configuration experience
• ITIL or Agile certifications
