This position is located in the San Marcos, Buda, Manchaca, Stassney, Bastrop, Dripping Springs areas and surrounding locations.

• Competitive compensation – $54,000 first year with an average 46‑hour work week.

As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed, and you will get out into the community to build essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn to always put our customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
