Position: Production Worker I T&B 2nd shift

The Production Worker is responsible for assembling products, performing quality checks, assisting with job order pulling, packaging, shipping, and receiving. They may also work in other areas to support production flow.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Assemble products according to design and quality standards.
  • Assist with fabrication of parts.
  • Prepare larger freight shipments.
  • Ensure parts are damage-free before use.
  • Identify parts based on job traveler and drawings.
  • Test products for compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Follow directions carefully.
  • Work efficiently in high-volume, results-driven environments.
  • Quickly learn technical concepts and product applications.
  • Wire and test electrical assemblies.
  • Use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong math skills, including reading tape measures and working with fractions and metric units.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in electrical assembly and testing.
  • Knowledge of crimping, stripping, and mechanical assembly tools.
  • Ability to work safely with electricity.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in ISO 9001 facilities.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing practices.
  • Familiarity with calibrated instruments and pneumatic tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and maneuver heaters and other materials.
  • Perform fine motor tasks for assembly.
  • Stand for entire shift.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in various production areas as assigned.

Salary: $17 - $18 per hour
