Travel Nurse Source is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in San Marcos, Texas. This position requires continuous monitoring, medication administration, ventilator management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. It demands strong critical thinking, quick decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure. The role is a 12‑hour night shift with weekend, holiday, and call coverage. Floating to similar acuity units may be expected.
Average onboarding time is 4–6 weeks.
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- BLS, ACLS certifications with expiration dates
- All time‑off requests submitted with the initial application
