Certified Nursing Assistant

Cypress Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - 6AM-2PM to join our team in San Marcos, TX. • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and mobility
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming patients as needed
• Report any changes or concerns to licensed nurses and collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a strong understanding of patient rights and needs

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients with assistance as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
