Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules for shift associates.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Food service leadership experience required.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid employee identification and background check clearance.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
