As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry-level retail role supports growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort, with room to grow in the organization.

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with a great choice and a strong overall experience.
• Retail Sales Goals:
  Contribute to store and individual sales goals; develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
• Store Operations:
  Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) and staying on your feet throughout most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties:
  Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure customers leave with a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories; share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

STARTING RATE: $14.50 per hour

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $14.50 – 15.39 per hour
