Part Time Floor Supervisor

Floor Supervisors act as brand ambassadors, creating emotional connections with customers, leading efforts to exceed expectations, and providing exceptional service. They are key members of the store management team focused on driving sales results.

• Greet customers and offer assistance; coach associates in real-time.
• Manage inventory replenishment, collaborate on remerchandising based on sell-through and backstock.
• Maintain product and promotion knowledge to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and communicate business opportunities to management.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, exceeding expectations.

• Execute shipment processing, replenishment, pricing, and visual directives per brand standards.
• Assist in merchandising execution and collaborate on new arrivals.
• Enforce policies, assist in loss prevention, and support scheduling to optimize payroll.

• Motivate and inspire team members to meet sales goals and uphold standards.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and innovative work environment.

• At least 2 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel may be required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds for prolonged periods.
