Summary
The Store Manager leads a luxury retail team to drive business performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role develops sales and client engagement strategies, builds community connections, and ensures excellence across store operations.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
- Drive sales performance, analyze KPIs, and create action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build client relationships through clienteling, CRM strategies, and community events.
- Oversee recruitment, scheduling, performance management, inventory, store operations, and loss prevention.
- Partner with merchandising and visual teams to maintain product availability and brand standards.
- At least 5 years of experience in store management or a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to achieve results, develop teams, and understand store performance and KPIs.
- Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and client relationship skills.
