Summary
Brand Ambassadors provide personalized customer service and inspiring shopping experiences. They support sales goals and uphold Ralph Lauren store standards while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
- Support individual and store sales goals, customer engagement, and brand programs.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with colleagues, share product feedback, and participate in company training.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
