Operations Support Associate

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales-floor replenishment, customer service, and store presentation.

• Process freight, deliveries, merchandise tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers and sales-floor team members, process transactions, and maintain clean sales and fitting-room areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members, attend training, and support front- and back-of-house operations.

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
