• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades
• Solid knowledge of Carpentry, Tile, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall repair, Texturing, Painting, Cabinets, Flooring, and Remodels
• Proper equipment knowledge – know what tools are needed for certain tasks
• Troubleshooting skills – quick thinker who can examine a problem situation and find a prompt, professional resolution
• Excellent communication skills with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers
• Clean‑cut appearance, professional looking truck, and organized tools
• Punctual, efficient, maintains high integrity, strives for top customer satisfaction, demonstrates exceeding customers' expectations
