Job Location: The Avenue at San Marcos Apartments - San Marcos, TX
Position Type: Full Time 30-40 hours per week
Education Level: None
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
Job Shift: Day - including weekends
Job Category: Real Estate
Minimum Qualifications /SkillsTo perform the role successfully, an individual must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily. The requirements define the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform the essential functions.
- May require one or more of the following certifications:
- EPA Certification, Type I and II
- HVAC Certification
- CPO Certification (pool)
- Other licenses and/or certifications as required by state law
- A high school education or equivalent is required (college hours preferred)
- 1 year of electrical, painting, drywall and plumbing experience
- Must be available for night/weekend call duty
