Job Overview

We are seeking to add a Foreman to our team in San Antonio, TX. Our ideal Foreman is a highly skilled and experienced individual with in-depth knowledge, strong leadership, and management abilities to oversee teams of electricians, ensuring efficient project execution. Safety is our top priority, and we adhere to strict safety standards and guidelines.

Basic Requirements
  • Active TX TDLR journeyman electrical license or master (Required)
  • Active TX  Driver’s License (Required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 1 year documented field work in the commercial industry
  • Proven work experience as an Electrical Foreman or a similar supervisory role
  • Able to manage 5 to 30 men
  • Ready to travel as needed
  • Willing to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
  • Physical stamina for working at heights up to 90 feet, using ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and other safe work areas
  • Capability to lift 51 pounds 20 times per day and perform repetitive arm and hand movements

    Supervise and coordinate electricians, ensuring high-quality installations and compliance with safety standards

    Manage schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Training & Mentoring:
    Provide training and promote continuous learning within the team
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
  • Quality Assurance:
    Inspect electrical work for quality and customer satisfaction
  • Technology:
    Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies and practices
  • Technical Knowledge:
    In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and the National Electrical Code
  • Reading Drawings:
    Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints
  • Problem Solving:
    Effective problem-solving abilities to address and resolve work-related issues

    Certifications:

    OSHA safety training or specialized electrical system training (beneficial)
