Accounting Manager

As an Accounting Manager at IFF, you will oversee and manage the financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance and internal controls. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, reconciling accounts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in San Marino, CA.

• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, team management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
• Previous experience as an accounting manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in a multinational or manufacturing company is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
