Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care by Physical Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
• Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety relating to dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on goals and follow through to achieve them.
• Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness and patient progress.
• Plan for patient discharge from physical therapy and communicate when maximum benefit has been achieved.
• Accurately document patient management and progress in a timely manner.

Pay Range: $60-$75 per visit. Final offer depends on factors like experience, skillset, and language skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
