Job Summary

The Partnerships Manager will build, optimize, and scale Mellanni’s influencer, affiliate, and press programs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This leader will oversee a mix of ongoing campaigns and experimental initiatives, using a start‑stop‑continue approach to ensure measurable value. Responsibilities include negotiating with top creators, launching new affiliate opportunities, managing budgets, and turning performance insights into actionable plans.

Success means creating scalable processes, uncovering new opportunities, and consistently delivering growth in a fast‑moving environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner strategy and execution across influencer, affiliate, and press channels.
  • Design and implement scalable influencer, affiliate, and press strategies aligned with growth goals.
  • Lead paid and gifted influencer campaigns on Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
  • Expand affiliate programs via Amazon Creator Connections, Tik Tok Shop Affiliates, and other platforms.
  • Pitch and manage press outreach to major publishers.
  • Collaborate on UGC strategy and creative testing for paid ad performance.
Team Leadership & Delegation
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small, high‑performing team of contractors and freelancers.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment encouraging growth and continuous learning.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Encourage resilience, problem‑solving, and a positive attitude to maintain high performance.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Regularly analyze influencer and affiliate performance to identify cost‑effective, high‑ROI channels.
  • Recommend strategic pivots, such as shifting from traditional influencer campaigns to affiliate‑heavy strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and evaluate spend versus return.
  • Provide reporting that transforms raw data into actionable plans and performance insights.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records and influencer/affiliate CRMs.
  • Spearhead adoption of new tools and platforms, optimizing internal workflows.
  • Reduce manual steps to enhance team efficiency and ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing influencer, affiliate, or press campaigns at an agency or brand level, preferably in the US market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey nuanced messages clearly and professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and influencer ecosystems, especially within lifestyle/home/beauty categories.
  • Experience managing publisher relationships—both organic and paid.
  • Confident project manager overseeing tools and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making data‑driven decisions and adapting strategies quickly.
Educational And Language Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Near‑fluent to fluent proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
