Job Summary

BUSSER (PART TIME) at Bon Appétit Management Company

Location:

Huntington Library Rose Garden Tea Room – 1151 Oxford Road, San Marino, CA 91108. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Part‑time; open availability preferred. Days and hours may vary. Details will be discussed during interview.

Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Referral bonus available.

• Set and clear restaurant tables; stock all service stations.
• Assist food servers with table service.
• Clear dirty table settings quickly and reset as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as needed.
• Serve guests beverages, breads, butter, and replenish as necessary; assist servers with food and beverage service.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned.
• Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain adequate supply.
• Perform assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Other duties as assigned: cleaning spills, handling special guest requests, greeting and seating guests.

• Previous bussing experience required.
