* Position Summary:

* The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Small Business commercial lines service team. This is a high-volume, transaction-driven role: the small business book carries a large number of accounts with frequent, time-sensitive servicing needs. The primary objective is to ensure timely processing of policy transactions, maintain accurate client records, and support Account Managers in delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle while meeting established service level agreements.

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + Active California Property & Casualty broker-agent license

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ High attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

+ Ability to learn internal workflows and technology quickly

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Prior experience in commercial insurance, particularly in a small business or high-volume servicing environment

+

Experience with an agency management system (AMS
360, Applied Epic, or similar)

+ Familiarity with certificate and endorsement processing at scale

** Reporting:*
* The Account Coordinator will report directly to the assigned Team Lead and will collaborate closely with the Small Business commercial lines service team to support daily servicing activities.
