• Own program documentation, playbooks, master trackers, and readiness trackers for active city launches and customer milestone programs, ensuring statuses, owners, and dates remain current.
• Manage logistics and follow-through for recurring working group and cross-functional status meetings, including agendas, notes, action items, and close-out.
• Track open action items and risks across Engineering, Operations, Policy, and Legal, escalating potential schedule slips before they become blockers.
• Create and maintain status decks and dashboards that provide teams and leadership with clear visibility into program health.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across work streams supporting new city activations and customer-facing capability rollouts.

• Own program documentation, playbooks, master trackers, and readiness trackers for active city launches and customer milestone programs, ensuring statuses, owners, and dates remain current.
• Manage logistics and follow-through for recurring working group and cross-functional status meetings, including agendas, notes, action items, and close-out.
• Track open action items and risks across Engineering, Operations, Policy, and Legal, escalating potential schedule slips before they become blockers.
• Create and maintain status decks and dashboards that provide teams and leadership with clear visibility into program health.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across work streams supporting new city activations and customer-facing capability rollouts.

• 8–10 years of program or project management experience, ideally supporting multi-team launches or operational programs.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing trackers, action items, and meeting cadences across multiple concurrent work streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize status for working teams and leadership.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or similar; familiarity with Jira Structure boards or Confluence is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience in mobility, ride-hail, autonomous vehicles, regulated environments, or new market and city launches is advantageous.
