Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Needed

No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).
Schedule & Pay- Hours:
All weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm - Work setting:
You'll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on needs. - Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn.
- Compensation: $25.00-$30.00/hr
- Spanish speaking is a plus, and will earn you $0.50 more per hour.
- High School Diploma or GED completed.
- At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus).
- Have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech‑savvy.
- Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus.
- Can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-Employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding, which we will pay for.
- Driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional.
- Help kids learn through play: teach new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions—often through fun games or activities.
- Be a positive role model: encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
- Stay active:
you’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions. - Keep things organized: track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too).
- Support families: be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
- Full, paid training (no experience needed!).
