Placement on the adjunct faculty salary schedule is based upon education and credited experience. Initial placement can range from US $83.09 to US $103.42 per hour (Salary Schedule AJ - Laboratory Rate).
Months Per Year: Semester assignments as needed

Job Requirements
- Master's or above in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, guidance counseling, educational counseling, social work, career development, marriage and family therapy, or marriage, family and child counseling.
OR the equivalent (see below). A bachelor's degree in one of the listed degrees plus a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is an alternative qualification. - Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity to, and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, ethnic, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff in equity‑minded practice both within and outside of the classroom.
