The City of San Mateo’s Parks & Recreation Department is seeking an enthusiastic Recreation Specialist II to help run youth programs, lead activities, and supervise participants in a diverse, welcoming environment. The role emphasizes safety, positive youth development, and teamwork.
The position is part-time, requires background checks, and offers no benefits. Availability Monday through Friday from August through June, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a focus on after-school programming.
