Alpha is seeking a Youth Development Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based literacy modules and targeted teaching sequences. You will identify reading gaps, design short diagnostic sessions, and drive progress within a highly structured school day.
You will join a full-time on-site team, staying with students through lunch and activities, using data to name gaps and tailor daily instruction. Relocation support is provided as needed.
