EY Private Tax is a growing practice focused on serving privately held companies from family‑owned businesses to private equity‑owned companies. These clients are high‑growth private companies, and you’ll have the opportunity to impact some of the most technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects around.

• Preparing or reviewing federal and state tax returns for U.S. partnerships, including foreign reporting requirements for cross‑border compliance.
• Providing tax research, memoranda drafting, and quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.
• Identifying and communicating significant tax matters to Managers and Senior Managers.
• Building relationships with service lines and other subject‑matter professionals.
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of tax professionals.
• Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with tax, business, or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or membership in the Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of professional services or tax experience.
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed.
