Senior Associate, Growth Focused Private Equity

A Bay Area private equity platform is hiring a Senior Associate to support investment activity in profitable, tech‑enabled companies at key inflection points. The firm operates with a small team structure, direct partner access, and a strong emphasis on developing Senior Associates into future leaders.

• Lead operating and valuation models, return cases, and scenario analysis
• Own diligence work streams across financial, commercial, and operational areas
• Drive full deal execution from initial evaluation through closing
• Partner directly with founders and management teams on key strategic initiatives
• Prepare materials and recommendations for internal investment committees

• Four+ years in IB or PE, with at least one year of PE experience
• Direct exposure to software, tech‑enabled services, industrial technology, or related verticals
• Strong technical fundamentals and experience owning core work streams
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and portfolio executives
• Interest in a lean, high‑growth environment with meaningful upward mobility
