We invite you to join our Insurance Tax practice as a Captive Insurance Consultant (Manager), focusing on captive insurance tax engagements. You will work on feasibility and optimization projects, provide tax consulting memos and opinions, and build strong client relationships.

• Oversee preparation and delivery of captive insurance feasibility studies and utilization projects.
• Develop captive insurance tax consulting memos and tax opinions.
• Manage client relationships, staffing, and economics of engagements.
• Analyze engagement results to enhance client service and satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree
• CPA or licensed Attorney
• Experience or knowledge of captive insurance companies
• 5‑10 years of experience in accounting or taxation for insurance companies

• Understanding of GAAP / statutory accounting principles
• Basic understanding of ASC 740 / SSAP 101
• Experience in preparing tax returns
• Experience in state and local taxation (e.g., state return compliance, state income tax accounting, state apportionment fundamentals)
• Self‑motivation, critical thinking, and eagerness to build a professional network
• Ability to lead a team of professionals and identify new business opportunities

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $103,600 to $189,900 for all U.S. locations.
