We’re hiring licensed Nail Technicians to provide elevated manicures and pedicures using FOOTWORK protocols. Our clients value quality, cleanliness, and a great experience — and we’re building a team that reflects that.

• Assistant Manager

• Provide high-quality, hygienic manicures and pedicures
• Follow FOOTWORK service standards and cleanliness protocols
• Educate clients on basic nail and foot health
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and comfortable atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with the team to continually improve our services and experience
• Represent the FOOTWORK brand with professionalism and consistency
• Keep your station organized, clean, and guest-ready at all times

• Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist in California (required)
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with a primarily male clientele
• Calm, friendly, and confident in client-facing situations
• Coachable, open to learning, and committed to high standards
• Interested in growing with a new, modern brand
• Someone who takes pride in delivering a great experience, not just a service

Bonus experience: Massage, esthetics, hospitality, or working in elevated service environments.
