About the RoleWe are actively interviewing for a full‑time BCBA to join our team in San Mateo and San Francisco, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support children with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.
Responsibilities- Provide behavioral health services and assessments for children ages 0–5, including identifying developmental delays and supporting early intervention.
- Conduct assessments using standardized tools such as DAYC, Vineland, ABAS, and HELP, and complete accurate documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with families, social workers, and interdisciplinary specialists to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Deliver services in natural environments including homes, community settings, and clinic offices across San Mateo, San Francisco and occasionally Marin County.
- Support families of infants and toddlers by offering guidance, education, and strategies to address developmental and behavioral challenges.
- Conduct initial ABA treatment plan assessments and assist in designing effective behavioral interventions.
- Active BCBA, LCSW or LMFT licensure
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Experience working with children ages 0–5, including infants and toddlers, and supporting families in early childhood behavioral health.
- Knowledge and experience using developmental assessment tools such as DAYC, Vineland, ABAS, and HELP.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices in San Mateo, San Francisco and Marin, as well as conduct home and community‑based visits.
Experience working with children ages 0–5, including infants and toddlers, and supporting families in early childhood behavioral health.
Preferred SkillsBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
Salary and Compensation$100k - $120k per year + stipends for travel, cell phone, and internet.
