- Source and engage passive candidates through Linked In, Git Hub, Boolean search, social channels, and alternative sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain strong top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, and design).
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team needs.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our brand, values, and tone.
- Conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
- Execute talent market research to identify trends, competitive intel, and opportunities to diversify talent pools. Ongoing improvements to sourcing strategy, tools, and processes.
- Represent the company professionally and thoughtfully in all candidate interactions.
- 1–3+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in-house or in an agency environment, ideally at a high-growth tech company or startup.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, and candidate engagement best practices.
- Experience with tools including Linked In Recruiter, Lever ATS, Gem, Github, etc.
- Experience building pipelines for engineering and other hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and personalized in outreach.
- A data‑minded approach to tracking and iterating on sourcing effectiveness.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Collaborative, curious, and excited to help build exceptional teams.
