About the RoleWe’re hiring an Associate Recruiter (New Grad) to join our Hardware & Hardware Operations recruiting team. This role is designed for a recent graduate (within the last 9 months) who’s excited to begin a career in recruiting and talent acquisition while gaining hands‑on experience supporting highly technical teams.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with a seasoned recruiter while also owning meaningful recruiting responsibilities of your own. You’ll support full‑cycle recruiting efforts, actively source and engage passive candidates, manage candidate pipelines in our ATS, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
What You’ll Do- Partner with other recruiters to support full‑cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Draft and send personalized outreach messages to build early‑stage pipelines
- Conduct candidate phone screens and support early‑stage candidate evaluation
- Own candidate coordination and scheduling across phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews, including multi‑time zone and international coordination
- Manage candidate workflows and data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse), including stage movement, notes, interview feedback, and reporting
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a thoughtful, responsive, and professional experience
- Support offer processes, reference checks, and onboarding handoffs
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and interview teams
- Identify and implement improvements to sourcing strategies, recruiting workflows, coordination processes, and ATS usage
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing
- Curiosity and persistence when engaging passive candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in systems and process‑driven work
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross‑functionally
- Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn
