About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to join our San Mateo team. The ideal candidate will provide technical and operational support to employees in the San Mateo office while working with our HQ IT team to maintain high standards across the company. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer‑centric approach and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment solving both technical and operational challenges.

What you’ll do

The ideal candidate should have both technical and operational experience, supporting a regional and diverse team in an IT support role. They should understand the daily aspects of IT operations in a fast‑growing and dynamic company.

• Provide high level end user support
• Troubleshoot IT‑related issues, including:
• Systems
• Networking
• Asset Management
• Administer a wide variety of SaaS applications
  , including provisioning, modifying, and removing access.
• Partner with business units and collaborate on IT‑related projects.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Support a global workforce by partnering with overseas team members, employees, and consultants
• Analyze existing IT processes, suggest improvements, and implement business processes where needed
• Take on responsibilities beyond this job description as the company grows

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices
• Ability to administer Google Workspace (G‑Suite)
• Experience working with SSO platforms (Okta, One Login, etc.)
• Capability to manage AV hardware and software
  , including Zoom and other video conferencing tools
• Familiarity with our technology stack, including:
• Jira, Okta, Slack, Salesforce, Zoom & Zoom Rooms, Kandji, Intune, VoIP telephony, among others
• Flexible work schedule
