Summary
Guidewire is an industry leader in P&C insurance software and is seeking an experienced product manager to drive Test Engineering capabilities on the Guidewire Cloud Platform. The role focuses on defining and executing product strategy, ensuring stable, error‑free solutions, and establishing quality metrics for a portfolio of cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Test Engineering.
- Deliver stable, error‑free solutions to ensure optimal user experience and continuous product improvement.
- Establish clear quality metrics and objectives for testing across a complex portfolio of cloud applications and services.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to change in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI to enhance productivity.
- 5‑8 years in commercial enterprise/B2B software, with 3+ years in technical product management.
- Experience in test engineering for applications delivered in a cloud environment.
- Extensive knowledge of capturing complex customer requirements, dependencies, and risks at all levels of a cloud solution, and deep knowledge of testing best practices and tools.
- Keen judgment for prioritization decisions and direction to engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills for presenting to customers, partners, colleagues, and senior executives.
- MA/MS or BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and data‑driven insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
US base salary range $138,000 – $208,000. Full‑time positions are eligible for health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, annual bonus, commissions, and long‑term incentive awards.
