We are building the next generation of immersive advertising  team sits at the core of the Roblox Ads ecosystem, serving billions of impressions while providing the critical infrastructure that connects global brands with our massive community of creators.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Ads Experience team, responsible for the full spectrum of our monetization experience:
Advertiser Experience (Roblox Ads Manager), Brand Experience (Brand Ads & Integrations), and Publisher Experience (Creator Monetization & Commerce). Together these surfaces are the front door to advertising on Roblox, where a global brand, a solo developer, and everyone in between can connect their creativity with high-performing campaigns and earnings.

As the Engineering Manager, you will own both the delivery and technical health of these products and the growth of a high-performing engineering team. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, and Data Science to make campaign creation fast and intuitive, brand integrations rich and safe, and creator monetization fair and transparent.

• Build and lead a team of high-caliber software engineers. You'll be responsible for hiring, performance management, career development, and fostering an inclusive, high-output team culture.
• Own product and engineering for Roblox Ads Manager, setting the roadmap and owning the full stack from campaign setup and targeting to budget controls and real-time reporting across self-serve, programmatic, and agency.
• Build and own the creator ad monetization experience: the tools creators use to run ads in their experiences, and the systems that track and pay out their earnings correctly and on time.
• Own the full software development lifecycle for your team. Balance rapid product iteration with long-term technical health, ensuring high-quality features ship on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance on system design and frontend/backend architecture, ensuring the products handle complex forecasting, campaign management, and real-time reporting at scale.
• Apply AI across the ecosystem, from Gen AI for multi-modal creatives to intelligent assistants that help advertisers and creators set up, optimize, and troubleshoot their campaigns and monetization.
• Collaborate deeply with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to define the product vision, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years of experience in people management (hiring and performance management).
• Experience delivering customer-facing web products end to end, with a solid understanding of the Ad Tech stack, campaign management, reporting, creative, ad serving, measurement, and ad delivery.
• Experience building campaign management systems used by ad ops teams, advertisers, and agencies. This includes campaign setup, trafficking, and lifecycle management across direct, programmatic, and self-serve channels.
