Agency Facilities Manager

• Provide active management of the Agency Facilities Management functions under direction of the COO, including lease planning, maintenance, and relocation projects.
• Conduct routine facility inspections of owned and leased facilities, schedule annual CARF inspections, and coordinate with vendors for timely repair and maintenance.
• Lead facility relocation and closeout activities, collaborating with program teams, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless move‑in and move‑out timing.
• Serve as insurance liaison for all facility related damage, following claims through to completion and maintaining accurate location liability files.
• Perform other related duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

• Must be passionate about Caminar’s mission.
• Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position.
• Well‑versed in facilities management best practices.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or related field preferred.
• Demonstrate acceptable level of maturity, good judgment, and emotional stability.

• Occasionally required to push/pull objects up to 50 lbs and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent reading, writing, computer usage, and interpretation of documents.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Exposure to varied office and mixed environments, occasional toxins, and loud noises.

• Must meet criminal records clearance requirements.
• Valid California driver license with reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Must pass post‑offer medical tests as required under State regulations.
