We put people first and treat them like humans, not account numbers.
We're looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer and affiliate marketing strategy across Achieve's lending products. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, lending strategy, and brand growth—connecting business goals with channel execution, full-funnel optimization, and consumer insight. If you're a strategic doer who can translate data into decisions, hypotheses into tests, and performance signals into growth momentum—this is the place to make an impact.
WhatYou'll Do
- Drive Growth Strategy:
Build and evolve the DTC acquisition and affiliate strategy for Achieve Lending. Partner with performance channel leads (SEM, Social, CTV, Display, SEO, Email/SMS) to reach the right borrowers efficiently and at scale. - Turn Insights Into Action:
Develop and test hypotheses that improve conversion, LTV, and CAC efficiency. Model, forecast, and scenario plan to identify the next growth unlock. - Collaborate Across Channels:
Coordinate with Achieve's performance marketing, brand/creative, product and data analytics teams to align messaging, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation across the funnel. Test landing pages, personalization, and engagement tactics. - Shape Creative That Converts:
Write briefs grounded in consumer insight, behavioral triggers, and Achieve's brand voice. Drive experimentation across messaging, offers, and landing experiences. - Optimize Relentlessly via an experimentation engine:
Track performance against growth KPIs—drilling into targeting, bidding, and funnel performance. Optimize channel and campaign allocations via test and learn to maximize ROI. - Advance Measurement & Learning:
Partner with data and analytics teams to refine measurement/attribution models, and generate deeper insight into performance drivers and borrower behavior. - Expand the Ecosystem:
Support cross-sell, retention, and monetization efforts across Achieve's lending portfolio—helping consumers discover new ways to improve their financial health.
- You're strategic, analytical, and experimental—always testing, learning, and scaling what works.
- You're a collaborator at heart who can rally channel experts, product partners, and creatives around shared outcomes.
- You thrive in data-rich, fast-moving environments and find clarity in complexity.
- You care about helping real people achieve financial progress, not just hitting numbers.
- 8+ years leading multi-channel growth marketing in fintech, consumer lending, or high-velocity DTC environments.
- Proven track record managing 8-figure acquisition budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Experience building full-funnel growth systems across SEM, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and Affiliate channels.
- Deep understanding of marketing operations, experimentation frameworks, and martech stacks.
- Strong analytical fluency with Google Sheets, SQL/GBQ, and attribution tools.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize impact, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communicator who leads through influence and collaboration.
At Achieve, we believe in optimizing more than just campaigns—we optimize opportunity. Our team combines 20+ years of lending experience, proprietary data, and empathetic innovation to help millions of people move forward financially. Join us and help scale a business that's improving financial health one customer at a time.
