We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team‑oriented Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to serve patients throughout the San Mateo Peninsula. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and office team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care while providing supervision to LVNs when assigned.

- Provide nursing services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care
- Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing
- Supervise LVNs when assigned
- Complete online charting in Kinnser on company‑provided devices
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Active California RN license
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-Time / Per Diem
Pay: $65 - $75/Hourly DOE
