Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Caseloads matched to your preferred area

• Provide direct patient care as initiated by the registered nurse
• Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care
• Report to supervisor on all patients under your care.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation
• Participates in coordination of home health services with team
• Performs other duties as assigned by the registered nurse
• The duties outlined above represent the core responsibilities of the role; however, employees may be assigned other job‑related tasks as needed.

• Currently a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment with one year of experience
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR certification required
