Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Set up side stations and complete assigned prep work before service begins
• Greet members and guests promptly upon seating, ensuring children are safely and appropriately seated
• Present menus and answer questions regarding food, beverages, and wine selections
• Serve water and recommend menu items or daily specials to enhance the guest experience
• Take accurate orders and relay any special preparation requests to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently, placing dishes by course in front of each guest
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal; refill water, replace utensils, and attend to additional needs
• Present dessert menus and offer after-dinner options such as coffee, dessert wines, and liqueurs
• Clear dishes between courses, reset tables, and maintain a clean dining area and bus station
• Accurately present and process guest checks, handling cash and credit transactions per club procedures
• Attend pre-shift meetings and communicate any guest feedback or concerns to management
• Ensure all service complies with state laws and club policies related to alcoholic beverage service
• Complete closing duties and assist with clean‑up as assigned

• Valid alcohol beverage certification
• Food safety certification
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred
• Familiarity with wine, beer, and spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and team-focused demeanor
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and walk, stoop, bend, reach, and twist
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Work in a warm, humid, and noisy environment
• Perform continuous, repetitive motions throughout shift
