Retail Sales Representative

We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. What this means is, instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force; they outsource to us and actually hire us to do it for them. They provide the different promotions and services and we are responsible for representing them in local markets.

Our clients have specific fields of expertise ranging from consumer electronics to the biggest name in satellite TV services. We feel we can complement their niche with a superior marketing and sales team to keep them busy doing what they do best.

This job will require the qualified candidate to develop strong customer service skills, effectively present client services to new clients, and close new business.

The Retail Representative duties may include but are not limited to:

• Working inside top local retailers
• Enthusiastic representation of our clients services to potential clients
• Assisting our clients in the retention and acquisition of business customers
• Supervising and coaching account managers and account executives
• Learning the business aspect of running a marketing firm
• All business & communication aspects between our clients and their target market

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• 1-2+ years of retail experience preferred -- Not required! All in house training provided!!
• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Work Experience;
  Bachelors Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive nature & goal oriented
• Student mentality
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment
