This position manages sales for multiple branch target markets, implements staffing and sales activity plans to meet business deposit and revenue growth goals, and coaches associates to improve performance. The role drives accountability for acquisition, expansion, and retention of banking relationships within assigned branches and oversees collaboration between sales associates, branch partners, and back office support groups.
Responsibilities- Team Management – Manage performance and personnel functions, ensuring operational soundness and delivering results that create value for customers.
- Sales – Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals; engage with prospects and community events to generate new business.
- Service Standards – Foster collaborative partnerships, uncover sales or referral opportunities, and act on customer needs.
- Operations & Administration – Comply with regulations and policies, perform general office management, and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience in sales, consumer, or business lending, OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in sales, consumer, or business lending.
- Valid driver’s license; frequent driving to locations required.
- Structured sales process application, knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions, business development, networking, and building centers of influence.
- Travel at least 50% of the time.
Base pay ranges from $150,000 to $195,000 per year for California locations. Total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards. Benefits information available at
