Responsibilities- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Design, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, post orders, system guides, and reference documentation.
- Develop and maintain training one-pagers, slide decks, exercises, and other multimedia products.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
- Create detailed process maps using Miro.
- Support the gathering of requirements for program and project charters.
- Track, monitor, and report the status of assigned projects and tasks.
- Identify blockers and elevate to the Global Safety and Security Program Manager.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings and record minutes.
- Conduct routine audits of documentation, training, and system-related products and services.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment with departmental goals.
- Provide programmatic support to Security and Safety team and cross‑functional teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for security and safety matters.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, or related field; at least three years of experience in a global security organization handling document management, change control, and audits.
- Two years of program/project management experience.
- Professional certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of security industry standards, frameworks, systems, and technology.
- Knowledge of Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program and FEMA’s National Incident Management System principles.
- Understanding of Genetec, Everbridge, Ontic, and other threat-based monitoring systems.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Project management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects timely.
- Effective team leadership capability.
- Computer skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially spreadsheet formulas.
- Regular computer usage.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Frequent sitting.
- Travel as required.
