Senior Software Engineer @ Anatomy Financial

Anatomy is on a mission to automate financial operations for healthcare and enable providers to focus on quality patient care. Financial operations in healthcare are unique. Anatomy uses the latest advancements in AI and fintech to create seamless solutions purpose-built for healthcare organizations.

As a senior individual contributor, you will play an important role in shaping the product as we build Anatomy. We are looking for a highly intelligent, humble, curious, and detail oriented person who loves solving problems with code
. We are looking for an engineer excited about a wide range of work dealing with technical problems across the breadth of our backend services and infrastructure.

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Contribute to the system design of new product features.

• Contribute to the architecture and design of the product.

• Help develop a strong engineering culture and high quality development and testing practices.

• Define, implement and evolve technical architecture.

• Drive key projects across development, quality, infrastructure and data engineering.

• Mentor more junior engineers.

• Minimum 5-10 years of expertise writing code in Python. Your code reflects the Zen of Python.

• Demonstrated success at building distributed systems that are scalable, easy to understand, and maintainable.

• CS, mathematics, or similar degree from a reputable university.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Low ego, independent, accountable individuals who are curious and love to learn while sharing their knowledge with others.

• Bonus:
  Expertise in healthcare, fintech, or banking.

  Infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.

  Expertise with Terraform and IaaC.
