A local sports club in California is looking for a Head Dive Coach for their summer diving program from May 15th to July 31st. The coach will be responsible for leading youth divers, ensuring their safety and proper technique, and fostering a positive team culture. Ideal candidates will have prior coaching experience and strong communication skills. Lifeguard certification is required, and USA Diving certification is a plus.
